1 Definitions and General Information

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the gbakee platform and its users. gbakee is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

The following definitions apply throughout this document:

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gbakee offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus is provided on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a bonus offer is not used within a set period, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• gbakee reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions at any time.
• If fraudulent activity is carried out using bonus benefits, the account will be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on gbakee are operated under fair play principles. The following gaming rules apply:

• The outcomes of all games are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results are final and no interference of any kind is possible.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, gbakee will review the data for that session and provide a reasonable resolution.
• gbakee reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error.
• Once a bet has been placed by a user, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed after the betting market has closed will not be accepted.
• Betting using match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage) will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbakee platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or another person's identity.
• Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Misusing bonus benefits or conducting bonus arbitrage.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Impersonating gbakee staff or behaving inappropriately towards them.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through third-party software.

If any of the above activities are detected, gbakee may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

gbakee may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• For self-restriction under the Responsible Gaming policy.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time. In that case, contact our support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

9 Responsible Gaming
